Love, Ruby Valentine

I bought this book on the recommendation of another music teacher. I used the book in my music class. The students enjoyed the book along with an added music activity.

This is probably one of the best books we've found that covers the tradition of Valentine's Day. We have several others, but this one seemed to attract the kiddos attention more. Maybe it's the rhyming and rhythm of the story or maybe the cute artwork. We didn't mind reading it every night for 2 weeks straight around Valentine's Day. It's a fun story about Ruby, her bird, and how much they love Valentine's Day. It also has a good message that it doesn't require a special holiday to celebrate appreciating others.

This is one of my favorite Valentine's Day books to read out loud to my pre-k students. Wonderful pictures, written in a fun verse that the children can join in with, and a beautiful message to boot!

Awesome book !!!! My preschoolers love love love it !!!!!

My daughter brought this book home from the library and we all just love it! I had to buy it, as it is now a favorite and her 2 younger sisters can enjoy it also. It is extremely cute and entertaining to read. The illistration of the book is absolutely darling. Kudos to the entire book!Amymom to 5 children :)

I read it to my granddaughters kindergarten class. They all loved it!

My favorite Valentine book. I read it all year to the grandchildren so they will learn it doesn't need to be Valentines Day to say I love you

My daughter says this was the perfect book for the season! It was age appropriate for precocious soon to be 3 year old.She loved having this read this before bedtime.
