I'm ready for the beetle war! I have used these before and they Work! I think I collected over 5 pounds of beetles last summer using these bags. I ordered early this year in preparation! I recommend placing them several feet away from your roses, so the flying pains are redirected. Don't leave your prized collections in the bag too long as the weight can rip the bag. All in all a great way to get rid of the Japanese Beetle. By the way milky spore spread on lawns can help kill the beetle larvae, not the adult.

I had a major infestation of Japanese Beetles this year after not so much last year. They totally decimated the grape vine and fruit trees and started on the sweet potatoes - though they didn't damage those so much ... must not be as tasty as grape leaves. I had three traps up for a time. The first three filled up so fast I almost had no room to "close' it for disposal and had to staple it . The dead beetles attracted flies and so I put up a trap for them .... Like wow, who knew there was so many flies out there.

This product is wonderful. The bags work wonders. I capture a bagful of beetles on the first day. However, this order doesn't include the serum or mixture which goes into the bags. Luckily, I had extra from my in-store purchase. This is still a great buy.

We have gotten 5 pounds of beetles a day for the last week. Definitely recommend for anyone having issues with Japanese beetles.

Fast shipping. Good to have these extra bags. They were expensive though…
