Ladies, listen, this is the ABSOLUTE BEST waist trainer!!! It has taken me months to find the right waist trainer that actually fits me and holds me in. It has a strong hold - it does not roll up or down. It helps my posture, and back and gives me the perfect smooth fit under my clothes. As someone with a wide/large backside and hips this trainer does not roll. It also is long enough to fit over my entire stomach and fupa. I can now go back to wearing shirts and sweaters that come above my stomach with confidence, and this waist trainer gives me the appearance of a flat stomach. It's even comfortable to walk or work out in. Aside from Ardyss body magic, this is the best waist trainer I have ever worn. I even love it better than the Squeem waist trainers I get from Fashion to Figure, and I LOVE those. This one is much thicker, with a better form-fitting fit. In clothing I typically wear a 3x (size 20 in jeans), but in this trainer I purchased a 6x and it fits great. I am even going to purchase it in a 5x, for a tighter feel to help me continue on my weight loss journey. It also drys quickly, which is also another plus. No turning back for me now. I just received the item today and after I sprayed it down I tried it on😊. The reviews here helped me so I’ll leave one as well. I am about 5’5 and a whopping 246 lbs and I have had three children and never really waist trained before. I got the 5x and it’s the perfect size. It’s a little extra space at the top but I was able to get on on the first latch myself but I had to lie down and have my husband do the zipper😂😂. If you are my size I suggest you get the 5x as well especially if you have a belly. My waist measured like a 44 I think Lol. I think the zipper was a little tricky because it was never used.

This is ridiculous. I ordered the 4x because I'm usually a 3x and from the looks of other reviews, it seemed like I should size up. Well, it was way too small, but I thought, no big deal, I'll keep it because I'm losing weight anyway and ordered another one for now. This time, I went with the 6x. I just got it and it literally fits like the 4x did...

So I'm a size 18 in pants but I have a round belly so sometimes I'm a 20. Torrid sizes I'm a size 2, so I ordered a 6X, and it fits pretty snuggly. Although I will say in order to get it on I had to start from the bottom clip by first taking the bottom all the way up to my chest, and click them in and pull down as I went in order to actually get into it. But I will say this I wore it for a good eight hours and as someone who typically runs hot I can say that although it was warm it was not uncomfortable. It was great for back support I can tell you that I'm happy on that principle alone. Although I didn't buy it for back support that's why I'm keeping it. It's really great if you have back problems and I noticed that I ate less when I wore it I'm not sure if that's because I was reminded that I would like to lose weight or because it held me in so I didn't eat as much but either way. Now if you're buying this for the strict reason of wanting to sweat more I have to say I was kind of disappointed. Now granted I only wore this on my daily normal activities and I did not work out in it. There was a little sweat but very little even after 8 hours which was kind of a bummer. However if I were to work out in this I think I would certainly sweat and probably a great deal. But I read reviews of people who were sweating as if they had worked out even though they were just doing normal everyday activity and I was hoping for much of the same but I was disappointed in that. Oh well I'm happy with it for other reasons but not for the whole sweating thing.

Definitely not true to size because I'm normally a 2x or 3x and in this I bought a 6x which fits very n8ce. I went up sizes because all the other garments I've been ordering were too small when I ordered my normal size. I took a chance on going larger and it fits very nice. I will definitely order again. I haven't worn it but I tried it on and it's fits.

Just be aware this does not feel like any kind of fabric. Yes I know it says its latex but most latex products like this I've bought make some attempt to give it a more natural feel. It has good support but the smell is very noticeable and the texture is unpleasant.

Runs very small. It seems to be made well but it's very small.

This is the best waist trainer I’ve ever purchased. I have about 5 at home in my closet that I’m about to give away. I purchased a 6x and that was too big, but after I purchased the 4x it fits me perfectly.
