Silver Rest Sleep Shop 10-Inch by 8-Inch by 4-Inch Knee Pillow

I purchased this pillow because I have pain in my knees (rheumatoid arthritis) if sleeping on my side. The pillow is around 4 inches thick at the thinnest part, and does a good job separating your legs sufficiently, but not to the point of discomfort. The velcro strap is effective at keeping the pillow in position between your legs. And the overall size of the pillow means it says well in place even without the strap.The only difficulty I have is that I'll wake up in the middle of the night, and pull off the pillow, because it is a large foreign object in the bed with me (aside from the spouse). I don't have increased pain in the morning, necessarily, but I can't seem to keep the pillow on all night.EDIT: I've had the pillow a few months now, and I've also taken to placing it underneath one leg while I'm sitting up in bed. I get pain from having my legs out straight, and the height of the pillow is just enough to be comfortable and avoid that pain.Great product

I read the reviews b4 ordering it and it came as was described and reviewed. I weight 117 and it's just barely enough to support the legs. I think the company should make it thicker a little more for more support and comfort. I love the strap that comes with, it's a great idea because when I move side to side, it helps me to remember that I have it and I just need to adjust it.

This pillow is used to help with back pain, held between the knees to take pressure off the lower back when sleeping. It is too small, and slides around. I do not use the strap because it is too cumbersome to deal with when getting in and out of bed. I would not purchase it again, though it is good quality and it might suit a shorter, smaller person.

This knee pillow is thicker than it needs to be to keep knees separated. In addition, the one strap is insufficient in keeping the knee pillow in position. Also, the strap cannot be adjusted to those of us with thinner legs. Two straps are needed, one to fit below the knee and one above. And the straps should be able to be lengthened or shortened to accommodate a wide variety of users.

It keeps my bony knees from grating against each other, and now I can't sleep without it. It was a bit too thick at first, but it shrunk to the right size.

My legs cramp up but I am a side sleeper, I thoght this would help but it did not. The product is fine. Not sure what I will use it for now but love th ememory fome.

works great, love the comfort it gives me when I sleep which they made a pillow that was just a comfortable too!

I wanted a product that is easy to use, small and comfortable. This pillow was so thick that I could not manage to flip from one side to another without holding it and move manually to the other side. If you do not flip around overnight this product might be OK.
