Genuine part???
I would question whether the filter is 'genuine' as my iron clogged and failed to produce steam after using this filter. I was suspicious as the product arrived neither boxed or branded.Today I received a genuine filter from Swan which was packaged and branded as the image displayed on Spares 2 Go.Spares 2 Go refunded the full amount paid without question.
