Earthing Sheets Grounding Mat King Size Silver Conductive EMF Protection (76''x80'')

I probably should have had more realistic expectations about the fabric that this is made out of. I didn't actually sleep on it and ended up returning it as I knew I would have issues with it being too scratchy for my skin. Obviously, I can't speak to the effectiveness of the product which is why I gave it 3 stars. I didn't feel right giving it less.

The earthing sheet helps me with anxiety and insomnia. This is a very nice size you can use it under and above you for extra grounding. The sheets arer not scratchy they feel pretty comfortable. Nice price. Thanks
