Acid-Free Small Storage and Preservation Kit (Christening Gown)

First experience I've had with this type of product, but I am very pleased with the quality. The box has a nice inner cover with a clear window, which you can see in the picture. The "kit" includes plenty of tissue paper, a muslin bag in which to place the christening gown, a small muslin bag labeled as an accessory bag, plus white cotton gloves to handle the delicate materials. The box is very sturdy. I needed such a box to hold my father's 100+ year hand sewn christening gown. The large muslin bag held the christening gown, under gown, and one other gown. Also included the bonnet and receiving blanket. I wrapped each item with plenty of tissue paper, and everything fit in the one box. I might add that it arrived so well packaged by the company, that there was no danger of the box arriving damaged!

I purchased this to store handmade baby gowns made by my husband's grandmother. The gowns fit well into the box, and excellent instructions were included on how to package them.

Scam! I’ve ordered 3 of these keepsake boxes in the past and they were exactly as described. They came with gloves, acid-free paper, a dust cover, and instructions on how to correctly preserve and package a christening gown. This one is literally just a cheap gold box that looks like it is meant to hold a birthday cake.

This great quaint but a lot smaller than expected

I had Purchased the same box 5 years ago for my older daughters Baptism dress and I ordered this one for my youngest baptism dress. The quality of the boxes are very similar the only thing is that I was missing the tissue paper (and the CD - but it’s 2021 I just went to there YouTube page to get instructions.)

Great quality storage for my heirloom baptismal gown. This company provided step by step instructions and all the materials to help preserve and protect my valuable item. Box is well made. Impressed by the quality and care put in this product.

Pros: box size was perfect for my wedding dress (full length lace dress with satin under layer, 2 layers, no tulle or underskirt). The instructions were great. Includes gloves and acid-free paper. Way cheaper than having someone else do it.Cons: none.Overall: I guess we won't know if it was a good purchase until I open the box in a decade. Fingers crossed.

At first I thought this box was expensive but I was very impressed with the quality and size. It was perfect to preserve my granddaughter’s baptismal dress. I will order some for my other grandchildren
