Little Moments of Joy Adult Activity Book: Includes Easy Puzzles, Coloring Pages, Brain Games, Writing Activities, Sudoku, Word Search and More

My mother has found new mental stimulation. This book has been a wonderful way to spend her time.

Some of these activities seem easy. Not as challenging as some activity books. Nice to have when you just want to relax and have a coffee and rest.

My mother loves this book. She's 94 years old and finds this book to be a little challenging. This gives her something to do and concentrate on when not watching TV. It also helps improve memory and focus. I bought a box of colored pencils that she also uses on some activities in the book.

I bought a variety of puzzle books to help me through a total hip replacement recovery. This one is more geared to use by a Caregiver, with a person with dementia. Very basic challenges for a person with all mental faculties. I was able to donate it and the Caregiver family member later said it really was helpful for her and her father.

Gifted to an elderly person and they enjoyed it.

Looking through the book there are many things I want to do but not all appeal to me. I will do the ones I'm interested in and pass along the rest to others to enjoy. I like the size of the puzzles.

Good entertaintainment and brain exercise for the elderly.

Bought this book for mom to keep her busy with mental activities. She loves that the activities are different on every page.

Bought three of these- one for myself and one for each of my two sisters- then we chose a page to do each day and sent photos to each other during lockdown. Really encouraging.

I love these activity books by Lomic Books. They are easy puzzles, complete with writing activities and colouring pages, aimed at those who may have memory issues, first stages of Dementia, and seniors. I am younger but I have epilepsy which can cause short-term memory loss. I love puzzle and activity books and this allows me to continue to do these if I'm not feeling too great.

Very pleased with this activity book, lots of very different puzzles and activities. Something for everyone I should think. It's a big book with good print. Good quality. I bought it for myself but it would make a nice gift.

What a lovely book, most of the items to do are lovely and inspirational. There are a few items that didn't appeal to me, but will appeal to someone else. The Delightful Doodles are not for me, but my granddaughters will love them. The colouring pages are lovely with a good selection. I have attached one I did of a colourful cute cat. Would recommend.

to be fair, it is as described, but not really the type of PUZZLE BOOK that I was after in the Amazon search.Too heavy on the colouring-in, padding the thing out, pretty basic cross words and other puzzles.
