This is the best thing for wound care
This is the best thing for wound care. The wound clinic told us they are moving away from ointments and creams that keep the wound wet and are using Arglaes to help dry the wound and also create a antimicrobial barrier. We are using this for my Dad's wound care especially his arms that have skin that is like paper and tears easily. Works best with Mepilex dressings.

For treatment of various types skin and soft tissue infections
A great antibacterial. Works like a charm. I use a Nexcare bandaid with powder on little sore, open or oozing. Stops infection and problem in 36 hours. Not for big lacerations or large wounds. Would not be cost effective.

Super topical treatment!
This is amazing stuff. My son uses it after washing to reduce breakouts and cure any acne issues he is having. So far, the most successful product we have found and we've been through just about every product there is.

This is a staple of the Wound Center where I have my problem legs and feet cleaned and wrapped. I have found that my old favorite Silver Med works best for me in preventing additional infections and helping to cure my condition. However both have silver as the main ingredient which is a great healing substance.
