Jojo's Bizarre Adventure：all Star Battle[ｊａｐａｎ ｉｍｐｏｒｔ]

JoJo's All Star battle, is easily one of the best modernized jojo games out there. The gameplay has a bit of depth to it but still is accessible for casual players by incorporating the auto combo feature the same as dragon ball fighterz, the graphics are amazing to look at as characters are using flashy moves & stays true to the art style of jojo which is greatly appreciated. unfortunately the netcode of jojo isn't the best i have had numerous laggy matches. The story also stays true to the cannon of jojo, the story isn't exactly one story but individual stories from the joestar bloodline from Jonathan & Jotaro, although very short it's very exciting for JoJo fans.

My son had been looking for this game. This was the only seller that had it. We didn’t know it was in Japanese only when we purchased it but that’s actually what he loves most! The game being in the local language of the anime series was an added bonus. My son is interested in learning Japanese and this game is helping him recognize certain characters. Great purchase and my son couldn’t be happier.

I'll have to say, very good game, especially with that characters. Everything is exactly how it is in the manga. But I'm having trouble understanding the Japanese writing but overall,but will need to know the JJBA stories and a basic understanding of fighting games to enjoy this game.

My daughter loves this game. She has taken some Japanese and can understand enough of what is said to understand the game. What she doesn't, she uses Google Translate to figure out. It arrived extremely fast, as in a week, as opposed to the month I was expecting. This was going to be a birthday present but since it arrived so quickly I wanted to make sure it worked here in the USA and gave it to her early. It would be nice to have an English booklet because I think she may be missing some game details but she doesn't mind much at all.

Get this version only if you can't get the English version for cheaper. Decent fighter, worth getting if you like the manga/anime series or just like wacky fighters that aren't too complicated. Needs a Japanese PSN account to download any additional DLC, but you should probably figure that out by the fact that it's the japanese version. DLC Code included may or may not work.

So, let me get this out of the way first. I love JoJo's. No, really. I'm almost obsessed. Half of my workout mix is just music from the JoJo's sound track. I'm about ready to reread all of SBR. I nearly cried when Part IV was announced. But, I also love fighting games. And ASB doesn't hold up well. Here's the thing; like most anime fighters, ASB largely tries to appeal to a larger demographic who want fanservice more than a mechanically sound fighter, and that's exactly what you get. Most characters control largely the same aside from things like taunts and supers, and specials are so easy to do that you can accidentally do them all the time (it's just light attack three times. If you were trying to save up your special gauage for a super, this is really annoying). Not to mention, the only attacks at actually combo are light attacks; I'm not sure why they even included mid and heavy attacks aside from creating a pretense of depth. Basically, there are three characters (stand user, hamon user, and ranged fighter) who just have slightly different variants in the forms of a few of the series famous characters. This is fine for fan service, but it means that the game gets boring pretty quickly.All of that being said, if you like JoJo's, it's still worth picking up for the aforementioned fan service. It's great seeing characters previously only seen in the manga come to life, though the exclusion of some (like Diego Brando) are a bit head scratching. Just don't expect it to replace your Street Fighter or Tekken.

Great game, wish it was in english! My son loves it and plays it quite often! He has got used to what each thing means.

Cualquier versión funcionará en cualquier consola, pero para jugar online tienes que descargar algo, asi que si tienes la version japonesa tienes que ahcerte una cuenta de PSN japonesa y andar por su tienda en idioma japonés, asi que si quieres jugar online mejor compra una version en un idioma que sepas. Por lo demás, no necesitas saber japones para moverte por los menus.

Es war für mich als riesiger Jojo-Fan die absolut richtige Entscheidung, die japanische Version zu kaufen.Zwar wird in der deutschen Version auch Japanisch gesprochen, aber in der hiesigen Ausgabe stehen die Namen auch RICHTIG dran (zugegeben, es ist ein Vorteil, wenn man der japanischen Sprache mächtig ist). Alles in allem wird einem Fan ein echter Spielgenuss zuteil: Orientiert sich an der Originalstory, viele der so ziemlich coolsten Charaktere kommen vor (d.h. nicht nur die ganzen JoJos ;)) und es gibt noch lauter kleine, nette Extras.Jedenfalls bin ich vollauf zufrieden und glücklich mit diesem Spiel und auch vom Service des Händlers begeistert, der sich sofort meldete, um mich über die Versandkriterien und eventuelle Probleme in Kenntnis zu setzen.Für mich ergibt das 5 Sterne, die ich guten Gewissens geben kann.
