Great for beginners.
I got it for my son age 10.It was no 1 on his list to Santa.He was really happy when it arrived. He keeps it next to his pillow!Initially I was concerned that he could hurt himself but they are really great quality, light and safe for beginners.

Perfect for beginners. They don't hurt much when you hit yourself. I had to take a few links off to do nunchuck juggling but I can happily say it was hard work to do so-the chain is solid and very good quality.I love these.
