High arch support
These insoles give high arch support, which I was looking for. No more shin splints when doing long walks! They fit perfect in my shoes also.

Helps with foot pain.
I am a 9.5 wide shoes size. I recently pulled a tendon in the arch of my foot so I'm having chronic issues. These have done a great job with the extra support I feel like I need until i over did it and reinflammed it again. They fit perfectly into my Asics and New Balance shoes and did not have to trim them down. I would purchase again.
