USA Standard Gear(ZIKC9.25-S-31) Open Spider Gear Set for Chrysler 31-Spline 9.25" Differential

Fit perfectly in the Dana 35 rear axle on my 2004 Grand Cherokee. Looks like good quality gears. I installed the same spider gears in my 93 Wrangler (YJ) last year and they are still working good. Can't beat the price.

Fit perfectly with no problem and no issues on the road.

Worked well easy to install for any one that dont know the tooth count isnt what matters the spline count on your axle does mines 30 spline

The gears showed up in the original package, but the plastic was ripped open and all of the gears had been removed at some point. Obviously a returned item, but all of the parts were there. I installed them in my ‘05 Wrangler Dana 35 rear axle with no problems. The old stripped gears that came out were aftermarket, but I was pleased to see that these USA Standard Gear appeared to be thicker and higher quality. I have driven the Jeep a few hundred miles now with no noise or other issue. They work great.

The media could not be loaded.  Ultra disappointed in USA standard gear as I’ve been running a spartan locker for the last year and been very impressed.Came boxed and sealed as you’d expect, components looks high quality, however when it came to installing, the spider gear shim did not fit over the cross pin.On closer inspection I realized that the center portion of the shim that should be pressed in to fit the cross pin hadn’t been done. It’s an unforgivable factory error.Being an international customer it makes it even more annoying because returning it for a replacement would take a month...and my car needs to be back on the road tomorrow so I’ve had to install the rest of the kit and use an old shim from the broken gears and hope it’s ok.

This is not actually a review of the item purchased. It was a car part. It is installed and the truck back together and running fine. This seller is AMAZING. We originally ordered the wrong part. When we called they were so very helpful and intent in getting us the right part. Down to counting cogs on gears. The return was easy and hassle free. They shipped the new part promptly. We cannot Thank them enough.

The part arrived on time. High quality materials. After it arrived I no longer needed it. I submitted for a return label and received my refund within 24 hours. I sent the item back today. Never have I received a refund before the seller received the part back first. Great service!!

I had already purchased the spider gears elsewhere, but they did not come with new shims. When I noticed that my side gear splines were very worn I knew I needed to get this complete kit. I now have an extra set of new spiders that I removed when I installed this full kit. Came with new shims for both the side and spider gears. The new side gears sure fit snug compared to the old worn out gears. For good measure I also replaced the axles with a set that had better splines. Wow, no more metallic clunk noises and it is tight like a new diff.
