I have a really old ugly kitchen and our remodel was halted when we had to get a new heat and air unit. I damaged the old ugly white with black speckled counter (probably subconsciously on purpose) and looked for an easy fix. This was sooooo easy and looks amazing! I did grossly misjudge how much I needed for my tiny counters and have to wait for more to arrive. Hopefully the color will match and I won't have to replace what I already did. I'm so excited that I have ordered new hardware for the cabinets to update them a bit. In a couple of weeks I will be adding new wall board in the whole kitchen that is a grayish shiplap design that will Hopefully warm place up and get rid of the stark white formica. They ven used the nasty white formica on the walls! Ugh!

I bought my first house this past summer and the kitchen counters were an awful 80's laminate with scratches and chips. I wanted a cheap DIY solution until I could save up to replace the counter tops and found this high quality contact vinyl film. I would definitely recommend having two people take on a project like this because the backing on this vinyl is very adhesive so it makes it difficult to maneuver it around and get it to lay properly when you're trying to do it on your own. But you can easily peel it back up and readjust it if necessary. You have to be mindful not to put hot items directly on the counter with this product because it will bubble and get ruined, but this is a great temporary option for renters or people like me who need to save up and figure out exactly what they want to do. Lastly, I recommend using some caulk along the edges of the counter and around the sink when you're done placing the vinyl - it prevents water from getting under it and prematurely coming up. I'm so happy with how it turned out and recommend it to anyone looking for a temporary facelift!

I do not recommend using around a circular sink unless you have a lot of patience. But this product is very easy to apply, and because it is so busy, the errors are very hard to see. I also wouldn't recommend for kitchen as I wouldn't cut on it or put anything hot on it. Perfect for bathroom sinks, comes off clean. Great idea and price for an easy upgrade.

This worked well for what I needed it for, however, it's not as sticky as hoped. For reference, I'm in a rental and my counters were awful! Warped and ugly. This looks way better and was cheap but it's kinda hard to apply. Maybe this was my fault, so not deducting on that! Much improved countertops. If it stuck better, I'd have given 5 stars. In some spots it's not sticking and I just applied yesterday.

This stuff is absolutely amazing. Its easy to use, looks stunning when its in place and is inexpensive considering the cost of replacing counters. If you've ever used contact paper to cover anything, you shouldn't have an issue using it.We used it to cover an old 70s formica built in bar top with the assistance of a regular hair dryer, razor blade, and a flexible painting straight edge we had lying around. I'm so glad we chose this route and I'll definitely be purchasing more rolls to be able to do cost effective upgrades to all the old formica counters in our house.

I mean, the product is fine quality. But it’s definitely blue and brown, not grey and white. Won’t work at all for what I wanted, but I’ll use it on an old desk that needs refinishing.

Overall I love it! It is a DIY dream..I did caulk around my sink very well to avoid water getting under it and around the edges.Using a utility knife is key to clean edges, and also having a scrapper to work out the air bubbles. I couldn't wrap it on the underside , so I cut it off even with the old laminate on the sides.Design is very forgiving and easy to blend.I have had it up for several weeks now and no problems yet.Would definitely recommend.. great product for the price!

Lo compre ya que mi encimera de la cocina se parecía bastante al color que muestran en la foto, pero para mi sorpresa el color que recibí no coincide con el de la foto!!!! Además no se adhiere demasiado bien!

The pattern is definitely seamless and easy to work with if you mess up.It is thick enough to cover and not see through. You can kind of see the print dots if you look very very closely, but at a normal distance from the sink, you would not notice.The adhesion is good, it is not sticky tk the point that you cant remove it from itself if it sticks on, you can remove and re-apply. I used a heat gun to really seal it in, but overall it definitely upgraded my bathroom sink.

I put this on my counter tops two months ago and I absolutely love it. This pattern was definitely the right pick; I genuinely can't see the seams at all. Two rolls was more than enough to cover mine (with a bit wasted by human error). For application, all I used was scissors and a card for smoothing it. There are grid lines on the back, which makes measuring simple.Really pleased by the difference I was able to make to my kitchen for just £13!Edit - I ultimately had this on the counters for 1.5 years before I moved and had absolutely no issues with it. I still strongly recommend it to others.
