Home Staging: The Winning Way to Sell Your House for More Money

This is a great book! We did everything exactly as described and sold our house in less than a week! I highly recommend the ideas in this book.

This book was not as informative as I had hoped that it would be. It dealt more with the benefits of using a home stager. I was personally looking for specific pointers on ways to stage MY home, i.e. new landscaping, ideas for specific furniture selections, etc. Unfortunately, I can get more from watching HGTV!

We have used this book twice to sell a home. Sold the first home in a week and the second in two day. Works Great. Highly recommend.

Waste of money. Doesn't say anything about how to stage besides common sense cleaning up and decluttering.

This had some OK info in it, nothing really new.

Awesome book

I was delighted to see that Barb Schwartz, the creator of home staging, had published a book on the subject. However, I was extremely disappointed when I read it.The first two chapters contain useful, if wordy, staging tips, but the rest of the book is shameless hawking of her ASP training. She claims that these people are accredited, but they are only accredited by her, not an outside agency. This practice is hugely deceptive, in spite of her claims of the ethics of ASPs.The middle part of the book is taken up with a bizarre and self-righteous walkthrough of her home (not very many pictures) which include detailed descriptions of her entire house, including the contents of her refrigerator (we should all eat like Barb eats!) and even a description of the interior of her car and the CDs she listens to (you must listen to the music of Barb!). Don't be sucked in to the Cult of Barb!A much, much better use of your money is "Peggy's Corner: Stage Your Home for Profit." You can read that book in 30 minutes and it comes with a great CD that actually shows you how to stage your home.

Good condition, interesting read

Il testo è interessante, per chi mastica l'inglese è comprensibile. Ma per l'argomento che tratta dovrebbe essere pieno di immagini, e invece non c'è neanche una foto.

Me parece un libro demasiado básico. Las fotos son de muy mala calidad en lo que se refiere a la estética y la técnica.
