I've battled with stomach-related issues and bloating my whole life. Toss a couple of post-medical procedure remedy torment executioners in with the general mish-mash and this turned into a genuine inconvenient issue for me. Nothing I attempted made a difference. I tried several different diets but was mostly left frustrated with the results, after going back to my regular eating schedule. I then came across these probiotics, since a friend of mine was taking them. The primary thing you have to know is: not all probiotics are the same. Various strains can assault/advance various conditions and the ingredients and the way they are being manufactured matters. I’ve seen so many products claim to have the highest number of bacteria included, however, I came to realize that not all of that might be true.The customer support and manufacturing for this German brand is, in my own experience, outstanding. I have tried several other probiotics before, and most of them don’t care about single online customers, but the amount of time and dedication Kaya Biotics has devoted to answer questions and provide details about the sourcing of their materials (everything is manufactured in Germany!) is hard to be found nowadays. I have become a regular customer and generally feel well balanced with a dose of 2 pills per day (one in the morning, one at night).

I’ve tried a bunch of probiotics and finally found one that worked for me. I mostly was concerned with some eczema I’ve been having, and a little bit of bloating/gas. When I first decided to try probiotics, my goal was to find a product as cheap as possible (I actually saw this one but passed it up for one a bit cheaper!) But the other ones didn’t really do anything. They had good reviews though and worked for other people, so what you need to know is: different probiotics work for different people. Quality matters and so does your own gut! The cheaper ones didn’t do anything, so I bit the bullet and bought this one, since it seemed to be higher quality (made in Germany, organic, high CFU, tested) Worked great after just a couple weeks! My skin is significantly better, and I’ve noticed a lot less bloating and gas in general. And honestly, the price isn’t bad, I’m just cheap. Turns out you get what you pay for, especially when is comes to supplements. (I actually read that a lot can be super misleading and ineffective)

I started taking these about 2 months ago and decided I needed to write a review about my experience. I was hesitant and did not have a lot of expectations for these, but a friend told me that products that were German made had a higher quality standard. For the price, these weren’t too bad and I decided to try them for help with digestion and immune support. It has helped me immensely with being more regular and not having stomach aches. I have two teenagers and they often have stomach issues as well. I decided to have them try them and they have said they also see that it has helped. They normally complain about taking any vitamins or supplements, but they know that these really make them feel better and do not argue about taking it.

A lot of probiotics have made my stomach feel horrible after taking. I saw these were from Germany and heard they had high standards for what they put in their products. So far I have been enjoyed them! I am no longer backed up, but also do not have some of the side effects other probiotics have had. I would recommend for anyone who has a sensitive stomach. I would like a little bit of quicker shipping. I am not sure if this has to do with Amazon or the company, but it took about 2 weeks to receive.

Worked super well. less than 2 weeks, noticed a difference in my stomach problems. recommend if you want a probiotic for anything related to digestive help. also, since i started taking it, i feel like theres definitely been a change in my energy. like i can wake up easier and im less tired in the afternoon at work. that definitely helps my mental health, which was the claim i was least sure of that the manufacturer, kaya biotics made. but its legit, and im feeling a bit happier overall lately. just wish it was easier to find

I've been searching for a new probiotic since getting sick from a bad batch of the brand I had previously used. I had high hopes for Kaya since it is organic and recommended by the People's Pharmacy. It seemed to do fine with digestive issues, but had the odd side effect of making me sleepy. I would take one in the morning and by mid afternoon I could barely keep my eyes open. I tried going on and off it three times and it happened every time I was taking the Kaya. I've tried several different probiotics and never had this happen before. I would love to know why this happened because it makes no sense to me.

I added this probiotic to my vitamin routine in the morning and have been so surprised with how much it has helped. I had to stop eating certain foods because my indigestion was so bad, but this has improved after a few weeks of taking this. Now I wake up and take one with my breakfast and it seems to really set my day on track digestion-wise. Before, I would have cramps or pain by lunchtime, and this has subsided quite a bit. I am very holistic and really like being able to take a probiotic like this instead of having to take indigestion medicine like an antacid or Tums.

I have been taking these for about 2 weeks and I am just now starting to feel a little bit better with my stomachaches. Now when I eat food I do not feel as bloated after and definitely feel less nauseous. I think it’s important to be consistent about taking them though or else they do not work as well. I’m hoping they will work even better after a few more weeks of taking them.
