I thought the lens would be too big, but after reading someone elses review I gave it a try.This lens is bigger than the stock SkyBell lens (confirmed with SkyBell suppor that the SkyBell Slim and SkyBell HD uses the same size). But after disessembling the Skybell by unscrewing the 4 (one was hidden under the hollowgram skicker), the lens fit around the sensor perfectly.But as mentioned you will need to make the hole on the cover bigger to make it fit. I used a large drill bit to trim the edges of the cover hole to make it fit ok.See picture as I had to drill the top of the hole, so that the camera hole and the sensor hole was one combined hole. I first trimmed down but it noticed when putting it back together, this new lens needed to have the trim higher.. which is why it is now the combined camera+sensor hole.Hope that made sense.In the end it worked! (Took me 45 mins to get it perfect. Hopefully less for you with this description.)Better than spending ~$200+ for a new unit just for a smashed lens!

Fit nicely for the sensor. Replaced an existing sensor cover for an outdoor led light that was still working. Held up so far.

I'm building a project with an IR receiver in it. I purchased this lens to see if it could solve a problem with using the remote from different angles and it has been working well. The IR receiver is positioned to look straight up, and the lens directs the IR signal down to the detector.

It’s much smaller than I thought, which is my fault for not checking the full description, but it it turns out that it still fits and locks inside the slot on our solar motion lights. The caps were falling apart from the sun, so I needed to replace them. I’m glad this one still worked and that motion sensor works fine, even being smaller than what came with the lights we have.

The lens on my Sky Bell deteriorated. Right after Halloween, I noticed that someone (small finger perhaps) had crushed it to dust. Sky Bell will sell you a whole new unit but not this part. I had to trim it a bit, and applied it with clear Gorilla Glue. Works Great! If it had been the right size without cutting, it would rate 5 stars.

Purchased for replacing a lens on my doorbell. It did t work

Reaching out to anyone that may have additional info on how to disassemble the Skybell so this item can be installed. Hate prying on items when I'm not sure exactly what's holding everything together! Any help would be appreciated!
