Very Helpful health device! The sleep monitor with alarm function is a plus. My brother tried it and recommended this item to me immediately. I love it. It comes with large readings, very easy to use. I am thinking of buying more as holiday gifts to relatives and friends

Had I known that this came from China, I would have NEVER purchased it!

I like the unit, easy to read and use right out of the box. Docked a star for molasses-slow shipping. Paid $44.99 and it's now selling for $35.98 (inc shipping).

Speaking as a physician, while blood O2 saturation is crucial for managing illnesses, this device is only questionably useful for home checking. While I haven't had problems with misreading this one--and it gives the same result whether the fingernail is up or down--many people seem to have problems reading/understanding the information, and incur unnecessary medical bills.

Battery cover won't seat and stay in place after changing batteries which were dead when I got it. I ordered it in April got it June 30. It appears to be working, but we'll see. Have to tape the cover in place I guess. This one is a replacement for one I paid half this price for.

Arrived extremely late. Took 30 days. Once it arrived, it seems to work well and is easy to use.

Pressing the ON button to activate is obsolete. Should have been 'Auto On" upon insertion of finger and 'Off" upon removal. Yes they are made and I will be purchasing and using one that contains the auto on feature.

Although it arrived 1-2 weeks after the original date range advertised (so dinged rating due to seller) the product itself appears to work fine as I initially tried it out. Hopefully keeps working as expected.
