If you use the small group DVD and the book as well you will benefit from personal stories and Rick's DVD teaching. The Journal adds an extra step that helps you process the teaching and apply it.

I am only in the first half, but it is really helpful.I didn't think that I would like it as much as have. It makes it a lot easier to begin to write and put your thoughts down.

Another must have book. If there are choices that you need to make in order to have Purpose for your life and in your life, then this is the book that will guide you to Life's Healing Choices we all need to make in order to strengthen our spiritual walk with the Lord.

I love this journal. I've begun my Celebrate Recovery journey and this is wonderful to work out of with the book that goes with it. I probably didn't 'need' the journal but it makes working with the book a bit more comprehensive. Im enjoying using it.

Book is new. It is just as described. Had a supper quick arrival. Love it!

This guided journal is a great guide to intimate time with GOD and meditation on each of the study points in the Life's Healing Choices book. Yes it asks the same questions that come at the end of each chapter of the book, but it asks deeper questions and gives you space to write it down. It causes you to get deeper into letting GOD heal you - opening your heart more. It's more than a guided journal - its a decision-maker assistant.
