This item works a little bit, but I was disappointed with the results. It is also incredibly tight and you are constantly aware that you are wearing it. The tightness is not unbearable though. The bottom also kept rolling up and that got annoying. Nothing will truly make you skinnier besides diet and exercise.edit: The thing also can get itchy. It is also hand wash only.
