Flings Bins POP UP Recycle Bins - 5 Pack

We recycle almost 90% of our trash now. The bins are just too small and they are hard to reuse because you can't dump things out of them easily. I use them now for organic trash that accumulates much slower so I can just throw them away with the normal trash.

These were for a party and was a great alternative to buying a bunch of rubber trash cans I would never use again. However, they are way too expensive to use and toss, but not sturdy enough to keep and re-use. I lined a few of them with trash can liners and that was okay--was able to re-use those, but once they get 'yucky' stuff in them, there's no option but to pitch. Was hoping for something a little more reusable.

They don't look that bad. They do the work just fine. All I suggest to modify the cardboard ring. It needs to be stronger or thicker so that it does not bend or tear within a couple of weeks.Cheers!

We wanted something that would move our recycling off our countertops and out of sight in a utility closet! These have been fantastic! Easy to set-up. They don't take up any more room than trash can would. Each individual bag can last for quite a while (we're only on our second and I purchased these a while ago.) We load it up inside and carry outside to unload in our large curbside recycling bin and then return it inside to our closet. The only reason we are on our second bag is that an aluminum lid that was removed with a can opener sliced the plastic on the first one. We now make to sure to put those lids inside the cans to avoid tearing. The recycling logo is smart and helps our guests to know where to put their recyclables as well!

Unfortunately these are very flimsily and hard to reuse. They are a cardboard bottom, plastic bag material and something like a Blind from the window down each side to "pop up" I thought they were going to be cloth and a bit Heartier. I will not buy any more of these.

use these at home and at my mothers house for recycle bins. We love them, and after seeing my set up my daughter is going to use them too. easy to seal up and recycle for one use at a park or party. or line them with tall kitchen garbage bags and use them over several months to collect recyclables in. I get several months use from each one before having to replace and they do not take up a lot of space.

rather flimsy, more for 1-use special events than reuse. the photo(s) indicate a much larger container, but in reality, they are about the same size as a medium size kitchen trash can.

We had a big (70 people) Christmas party. We put several of them all around the house & tent we rented. They wee really convenient. Once they are full you just pull up the overlaps, pull the strings together & take out to the trash. They could be reused if you chose to, but they are not terribly expensive, so to dispose of them is not a huge deal.
