Mossi Deerskin Gauntlet Mitt

These are warm. I do feel a slight breeze sneaking through the outer shell, but I think a layer of Sno-Seal will probably fix that. The liner is thick enough to work reasonably well, and they fit over my coat sleeves to keep the wind out.It is noticeably more difficult to operate the clutch and front brake with these than with regular gloves, but the leather provides a decent gripping surface, so it's not a bid deal, and worth the effort for warm fingers.

Awesome mittens! I should have got a bigger size

The mittens were small and had to be returned. I needed XX-Large which is not easy to find in a mitt, however, these were at best a size X-Large --- maybe a Large. Very disappointed with the sizing. In a mitt you can use a little extra room so if anything they should run a little big. If you need a BIG mitt, this is not the one for you. The quality and other features of the mitts were as described. The return through Amazon was very easy with a quick credit back to my credit card.

The size chart amazon uses for gloves would make me a large-verging-on-XL. So I bought an XL pair and they were very tight. They also have a layer in them (which I assume is for water-proofing) that sounds like a distant plastic bag being crinkled. It's really not that bad but it is a pet-peeve of mine.

very warm and wonderful to have a glove interior on a mitten exterior.
