This is Perfect!
I have been struggling with other rulers for years and finally I have one that is a pleasure to use. It is 100% accurate and zero is the exact end of the ruler. It is 3/4" wide which makes it sturdy, the markings are dark with a good contrast making it easy to read. I would have bought another one because it is so good but there are 2 in the package! The downside is that the edges are a little sharp so be careful when using it.

Nice, sturdy clear rulers
I needed a sturdy ruler that can take some abuse in my workshop. They are holding up well. Easy to read and easy to use. Cleans up well too and so far the markings are still clear after several month of light to medium usage. Cannot say much about how accurate it is. But for quick repeatable measurements these serve the purpose very well. Having two of them is a bonus. I keep one at my desk and one in the tool bag.

Excellent Product, Friendly Customer Service
I am a civil engineer, and it’s always handy to have a 6” ruler on hand for sketches and drawings. I use this thing every day. Previously, I used a plastic ruler, which was sufficient for a while; until it lost its edge. This steel ruler is just superior in every way, it’s not even a comparison. Two for that price also seems like a steal: one for home and one for the office.Andy, a representative of Offidea, also reached out to me to follow up and see how I was liking the product. He’s very friendly and seemed incredibly helpful (though I didn’t have any issues whatsoever), and I think this is indicative of excellent customer service. Will totally be doing more business with these guys in the future. It’s an excellent product.I’m thinking about buying a few more for friends and colleagues.

Good precision ruler
The ruler works well, is sturdy, has useful markings for metric and inches. I only give it 4 stars because both of mine were very slightly scratched, very small at one end, nothing major, but shouldn't have had any scratches.

No chrome coating! A plus!
I bought this to replace a machinist rule that I had for many years. The old one had some kind of chrome coating on it and the face of it eventually turned black. It became useless to me as a tool as I could no longer read the measurements, so I tossed it and ordered this new one. I have yet to really put it through any rigorous testing or use, so my review is based on it out of the packaging. I do know that it is very accurate and cleans easily with rubbing or denatured alcohol without any damage to the finish. It is great to have on your desk when the replacement items on a website only lists the measurements in millimeters/centimeters. I just used it yesterday to verify the size of an item that did not list in inches. Using this rule, I was able to quickly and easily verify the sizes before making the purchase. This item is small enough to be out of the way, so you won't have to rearrange you desk area. As of now, I like it and I plan to get a lot of use out of it. Easily stores in tool pockets on work pants/shirts too.

Accurate, well made rulers
This is a set of great 6" rulers. Each has inches on one side and metric on the other.the marking is cut into the metal so you can set dividers to the right measurement with confidence. These are accurate, also measuring starts at the end so you don't have to deal with inadvertantly adding on extra length. Another feature I don't have in my other rulers is 1/2 mm markings. A great find that I can easily recommend to anyone looking for a good small ruler.

Millimeter ruler
I searched everywhere to find a millimeter ruler for sewing, embroidery, jewelry crafting, or designing with font or lettering software. These metal rulers come in a two pack, are very sturdy, and the perfect size to drop in a drawer or tool kit.

These Rule The Range
These machinist rulers from Offidea are outstanding for what I use them for. I am a precision target shooter and reloader. It's great that there are two rulers. I keep one in my shooting tool box, and one in my reloading area at home.We need to measure our target hits in the field. Hence, we need a precision tool that's easy to carry out where the targets are placed. A spotting scope can't measure. And, a Vernier calipers is too bulky (and perhaps fragile!) to carry.Once back home, the targets are analyzed. Data is downloaded from the LabRadar chronograph. Once that is done,I get out my Offidea machinist rule and measure the completed targets at home. The data recorded and saved is put into the log that specifies that particular caliber and firearm. Measured targets, along with velocities, ambient weather conditions, and information about the tested ammunition are all important. The Officea machinist ruler isa very important tool in the total operation. In fact, you could even say it's the one that shows the results exactly. The whole activity boils down to target size. This is the tool you should have to do that. A very exact rule like these gems from Offidea
