I bought this to remove poached eggs from the pot once they are finished cooking then rinse them to get the vinegar off, it works perfectly. The pot hook built into the handle is why I choose this one. Lots of functionality in an elegant form factor.

This has been fantastic. Great quality. I mostly use it to make falafel, but it would work great for all fried foods!
