These straws have been great. I have not used the silicone covers myself - I find that the opening of the straws are not sharp and not something that will cut your lips due to the careful crafting of rounding the tips inwards to make them more comfortable.I use these for water, juice, mixed drinks, and even smoothies! You can pop these in the dishwasher to sanitize and reuse, which I absolutely love because hygiene is very important to our family. Occasionally chia seeds from my smoothies get stuck inside the straw that even the dishwasher can't get out, but after a short soak in warm soapy water, I can scrub them out really quickly and easily with the brush that they came with. The storage case is awesome and makes it easy to travel with these straws - now I don't need to use plastic straws while on the road or for picnics. It's awesome.Best thing so far would be that the rainbow-y ones do not appear to be painted! I have had other items of that nature where it was simply painted or coated, and over time would start chipping. Not these straws! I use my rainbow ones the most, just because they look fun, and they have held up really well. I'm super pleased with the value and will be purchasing more for family gifts in the future! The straw set came with a cleaning brush for easier cleaning. I use these straws on a frequent basis and love their durability. No more tears or bending in bad places. They’re also environmentally friendly because they’re reusable and sturdy. I found this set to be a good value for the money. I even gifted another set to a coworker for Christmas, because they’re so useful.

If you're looking to purchase reusable straws, this is a bargain for what you're going to get. The metal straws are great quality and the rubber tips (that are removable for easy cleaning) are a huge plus. Including TWO cleaning brushes is fantastic. You can easily split this one item in half between two people if you'd like or keep the extras as backup. I bought two as gifts but I'm definitely going to buy more.

I loved theses straws so much. You’re given a wide variation of them. Although, the rubbers were a little difficult to put on I have no other complaints. They’re great!

Bought these to replace the silicon straws that came with some of my insulated mugs and to use on some of the Yeti cups I own. They are the perfect lengths and the silicon tips make it easy to drink either hot or cold drinks without the temperature hitting my teeth directly. cleaning is super easy with the included brushes and the stainless has been great so far.

With all the different straws out there to choose from, these straws have fun colors and the silicone tips are great so your lips don't have to touch the metal. They are easy to clean the with included straw cleaners. A great way to get away from plastic straws. I highly recommend them!

These are great value for what you get. Our family is determined to do our part in reducing the insane amount of single use plastic ("save the turtles!" my 8 year old loves to yell each time she uses hers) and these are a great alternative. I keep a few in my purse in the bag they provide. It comes with the velvet-type bag, along with a zippered thick plastic bag so it wont get dirty in my purse. Perfect to use when I stop for coffee or the drive thru.

Easy to clean.

Work well. They will get hot if you are drinking something very hot but that is to be expected.

I've been using these for months and they're still in great condition! Came with a pouch that's handy for travels, plus the silicone tips are a nice touch. Definitely a great purchase!

Love love love! These are great for our environment and my kid loved them! we originally bought them for the use of his daily smoothies as we didn’t want to use any plastic ones but we ended up using them almost every day for all kinds of drinks now! They are super easy to clean and my kid loves the colours! Definitely recommend :)
