Retro Swim Caps with Flowers - Petal Bathing Cap - by Sync Multi Brights

Perfect for my needs! Y'all, I was trying to find a retro cap to recreate a 10 year old photo I have with my sons. The old cap was one from a major competition swimming brand starts with 'Speed' and ends with 'do' since that one wasn't around any longer, I looked for another with simular colors. This cap was a great find! The quality was fantastic, packaging was great and we had fun recreating the pic. The company sent great care info and their how to wear video was actually very helpful. Price was awesome given the great quality of the cap. Even Major the GSD wanted to wear it as you can see. Last pic is of myself, my boys and the old cap...just for kicks.

I got a lot of laughs when I wore this swimming but I love it. There are a few things to keep in mind:*The rubber and flowers are very good material! This is heavy duty.*I wouldn't plan on this keeping your hair 100% dry if you go under water. The rim does not stick to your skin at all*It's hot. I had to take it off a few times because the rubber is so heavy duty, it was hot and sweaty and the day was actually cool*It goes over your ears and muffles sound a bit. I put the sides up a couple of times to hear what someone was saying from far away*Be careful pulling it down on your head. I ripped off one of the flowers because I (thought) I was gently pulling down on one of the flowers to position it better.

This is a really cute vintage-looking bathing cap that makes a statement. But, you have to be careful not to accidentally pull some of the pieces of the flowers off when taking it on and off. (Sadly, this happened to me. I tried to glue the piece of the petal back on but it came off again) Also, it definitely will not keep your hair fully dry. I actually bought another plain cap to wear under this to keep my hair dry, and that works. Sometimes when I wear this for awhile, it kinda hurts my forehead. And it has a strong chemical smell. All in all, I’m glad I bought it, but it is not without flaws.

If you buy this cap please heed warning about adjusting it while its on your head. Be very careful not to rip off petals!Fits perfectly. Its adorable. I wasn't purchasing the cap for actual swimming, I just wore it in a hot tub on a cruise, so if you're a serious swimming laps kind person, I have no opinion of this cap for those purposes. But if you want to look cute and stand out, this a comfortable cap with great color and made of quality material.

I love my swimming cap. It is going with me to the Blue Lagoon in Iceland this month. The tour info says that if you have a swimming cap, you don't need to wash your hair first. And, it will keep my head warm in the Icelandic air. Thus, this cap. I looked at many other options on Amazon, but I kept coming back to this one (even though it was a tad more expensive) because it looked so fun. It arrived yesterday, fits beautifully, and really makes me smile.....Just like the gal in your ad.

I Love the bathing cap. It runs large on me and fits a little loose. If I really want to keep my hair dry, I put my sport swim cap underneath it. I don’t find it uncomfortable and it looks a lot better than just the sport cap. It really elevates my swimming ensemble. My mother wore one of these many years ago and I love the retro look. So far, the flowers appear to be attached well but I’m very cautious when putting on and taking off the cap. The seller included a little inspirational magnet which I thought to be a nice touch along with the pink paperwork envelope with the breast cancer ribbon.

This is super cute but it is very tight on me (I am a smaller sized woman, not sure how that translates head wise though). It was so tight that I couldn't really wear it for too long and then when I did take it off there was a huge indentation across my forehead that would not go away for several hours. So its not very comfortable and not attractive after you take it off.

I love this hat. My hair gets wet, as expected by all swim caps, but the kids in the pool smile when they see me. It is also comfortable to wear and keeps my hair from my face. This is already my third or fourth cap. They don't seem to last more than a season for me because I swim regularly throughout the summer. By Labor Day the flowers wilt and fall into the water of the pool. This is the time when the amber leaves from trees start falling too so my plastic ones add color to the water and I know that its time to buy my next cap for next summer.
