Atkins Creamy Vanilla Protein Shake, 15g Protein, Low Glycemic, 2g Net Carb, 1g Sugar, Keto Friendly, 4 Count

Delicious but very creamy! This does contain lactose, so I have to take 2 lactase enzyme tablets before I drink this. It is quite sweet, but not very thick. I've experimented adding a tiny amount of guar gum to make it thicker but have little success getting the guar to dissolve. As a treat, I make my version of a creme brulee by dissolving 2 tsp gelatin in 1/4C water, bring that to a boil, and gradually add room- temperature Vanilla shake, sprinkle cinnamon over the top and refrigerate for a couple of hours! For drinking as is, it is best served very cold!

Our family loves the flavor of these shakes. Low in sugar and high in protein.

I like the taste and smooth creamy texture.These can be semi frozen and it seems like I'm cheating with an a vanilla ice cream shake.Only thing I dislike is they're out of stock right now.

Wish there were 24 bottles to a package then I can drink it like water. But I recommend doing that.

I use this as a drink alongside a light snack early in the day to serve as my breakfest. These shakes are delicious, filling, and generally a nutricious choice. They don't fill me up as if it was a meal replacement, but alongside a light snack it keeps me full for hours. The perfect solution for someone who skips breakfasts and goes straight to work. The creamy vanilla flavor is nearly addicting. I could sit down and drink these for hours.

I love these shakes. They taste great with a little coffee added or mix in blender with frozen fruit. My only complaint is the way they are shipped. They need to be sealed in a plastic baggie just a couple of 4 packs at a time. Then they need to supported well within the box as to not crush. This was my second delivery. The first one was a total disaster and I was reimbursed but what a mess I had to clean up because of couple of the shakes burst open all over everything. This time nothing broke open thankfully, but several of the 4 packs were crushed. If they did break open it would have been all over everything again and leaked out of the box because they weren't sealed in plastic. This is a great price for these shakes, but I hope the shipper revises the way they pack them. Thank you!

This is probably the best Protein Drink RTD you can buy but in my opinion the Dark Chocolate Royale is the best! I just wanted to try this flavor so that I coiuld use it at night instead of the Chocolate one. After trying this flavor and the regular Milk Chocolate flavor, I am still a solid fan of the Dark Chocolate Royale. However, as I have mentioned in one of my previous reviews, if you use more than 2 drinks, it can give you constipation Because of the ingredient which is a thickener and widely used in RTD Protein Drinks. By the way, this is the best protein drink for diabetic people because it has the right fat content which buffers the increase insulin level which increases if you use a low fat protein drink. If you want a good protein drink with lower fat, then I recommend the Premier Protein in Chocolate flavor which in my opinion is best flavor.

After reading multiple reviews with 4 or more stars, I purchased this product. The taste has improved over the years. I don't get that nasty aftertaste in my mouth. I found it to be a great product for curbing my sweet tooth as I strive to eat healthier.
