Questions AND activities! It’s created for a younger audience but I love it! I’m almost 40 for reference so when they talk about “school” I change it to “work” lol. It has little drawing activities and multiple choice and fill in the blank—all kinds of fun things. I love questionnaires so these are so much fun to fill out and helps you to get to know yourself and you can keep it like a little journal because there are questions and prompts to get your creativity flowing and to give a little inspiration.

Purchased this one for friend over 60.

Bought as gifts for 2 sisters, grades 5 and 3, and they love them. Perfect for creative doodling and funny mini stories about self. No right or wrong answers, just plain fun.

I like novelty and creativity, but this book isn’t it. It has questions like “would you rather eat boogers or pee?” Seriously? There’s no creativity or entertainment value in this book.

Supposed to be for a teen, but a coworker got me this to help with my anxiety. Leave it at my desk and when I feel I need a distraction, I open to a random page- it will have you draw a picture, or do a quiz, or even write down your top 5 scary movies or something. It's actually pretty fun, and really helps keep my mind occupied. Sometimes it's fun just for a conversation piece, open to a random question and just ask...regardless of whether it's used for anxiety, conversation, or as a journal...this is great for all ages.

I would usually give this 5 stars because we love these for my daughters 12 and 10 and their friends for gifts. But this last one I ordered is smaller in size and a whole lot thinner. The one I ordered in December was its usual full size, but this last one was not. Returning this time. Hoping it's not always that way from now on.
