Fun & educational
Got this for my 14 yr old and he's had alot of fun experimenting with it. He even ended up asking for a second one!

This thing screams
This thing really cranks! The flames from the burners are ridiculously high but it certainly gets the job done - & no glass tubes to fracture at the slightest nudge. My favorite!

Very nice and functional little Stirling engine
Very nice and functional Stirling engine. Takes two burners but once it gets warmed up it goes! The generator lights up the included LED bulb very well. Its somewhat noisy but still a fun toy.

Mine could be defective
Doesn't work. I got it to run for maybe 10 seconds (the longest) before it quit. One cylinder seems to have better compression than the other. I tried alcohol, lighter fluid and candles and went asc far as to oil the metal moving parts externally. I even hooked a battery up to the little generator to serve as a starter. Nada. Look for a different one.

Doesn’t Work
It’s cool looking but it arrived with a broken tube. This must happen often as they included an extra tube in the box. We changed out the tube and filled the burners with alcohol but we still can’t get it to spin. I’ve tried everything on You Tube but it still won’t work. Not sure what to do now. It was a Christmas gift for my grandson.
