This product came with no installation instructions and a package with printing mistakes (the inside print was upside down), typos, and unintelligible phrases ("authencation number" "Mor update product accessories series launched in. . . .") which, along with the lack of install instructions, should have caused me to send it back before trying to put it on. I did my very best but still have a bubble/smudge, because I had no idea what I was doing--no card to smooth things out either. I wish I'd spent a bit more money on something better, with instructions.

I received my screen protector sooner than expected. Very prompt service. The protector was very easy to apply and as stated, there are no fingerprints on the screen. That in itself is a plus. So far I am very satisfied with this product. I have not had it long enough for any more of a review, however, I hope I will never find out if it shatters or breaks in pieces though.

Great protector once you get it on, fairly easy application, but there aren't any clear instructions with regards to the "supportive application sticker." I ended up not using this part at all and was fairly successful on my own. Definitely one of the best in the market though. Thin, flexible, and durable.**Update from May 2015: The protector has saved me from severe damage to my screen -- the protector had small cracks on the sides due to these multiple drops, and I emailed the customer service department asking for an exchange. They responded within 24 hours with a promotional code for a free replacement protector. Could not be happier with the professionalism, speed, and care of the service!

This screen protector is doing alright in protecting the phone itself, as it is still stuck on the screen. I did, however, get a small scratch in the middle of the glass screen protector which has now split off in 3 directions and appears as if my phone is cracked. It's obviously just the screen protector that has shattered, but I haven't been able to get a response from the original seller to get a replacement...

does not stick all over, has a bubble in the corner on both screens. Followed directions to the letter and it would not stick in this one corner, different corner on different phones

Good screen protector, however cracked/chipped already when fell between seats in car. Guess it protected the screen but don't feel like it should have been damaged that fast.

I always keep a case on my phone, so the screen is the only thing left vulnerable - and this screen protector definitely took care of that!I love the feel of the protector.
