These are perfect for exfoliating in the shower. When you first use it it is pretty hard but great for your feet. It doesn’t take long to soften a little and is comfortable to use all over. Great size. Comes with a loop to hang in the shower. I’ve been a fan for 20 years.

Feel good and are great for my skin! I have been using them for years. They last a couple of months. I always have replacements on hand. Economical enough so you don't feel bad about tossing the worn-out ones.

I use to buy these elsewhere for about $5, but could not find them anymore. I was happy to find them here, as they work great, it is just a bit pricey.

We have used sponges like these for many years and then moved to another state. Couldn't find the sponges so searched on Amazon and found these. Exactly what we were looking for!

I like to shower with anything but a wash cloth and this item is perfect, It's in the palm of my hand, retains enough sop with out wasting a lot. east to rinse out and can be. Once a month it goes in the laundry to be sanitized.It is not overly abrasive
