Good quality
Good quality, very bright at full tilt and very warm at their dimmest, which is what you want. It’s important to realise, however, that LED lamps don't dim all the way like halogen lamps. They have a minimum brightness, and for us, for a romantic dinner, and with other light sources around, they are just a bit too bright. But that was true of the Philips equivalent too despite those having a lower overall wattage, so it’s a matter of taste.

Superb variable colour temperature
I feel slightly annoyed at this review, as many years I ago I though it would be great if LED lamps were able to decrease the colour temperature as the brightness decreased, to emulate tungsten-filament bulbs. I was annoyed to find that Philips (I think) had already patented the idea a few months before.Anyway, that's exactly what these bulbs do, and it works very well. When the dimmer it set to full brightness, and bulbs are very bright, with quite a cool temperature, but on low brightness, they are subtle and very warm. It's a great effect, and works very well. There's no flickering and no buzzing.Recommended!

Great Bulbs
Bought these bulbs to replace dimmable halogens in two bathrooms. They work really well (in conjunction with an LED dimmer switch) - no flicker, and they go from a bright white light when on full power, down to a very warm soft light when at maximum dim. Note that the Smart Spring LED dimmer switches I bought to use with these had an adjustment to allow you to set the minimum level, which was needed to remove all flickering when fully dimmed (also available on Amazon).

Fair value for the ‘variable k’ breed of dimmable GU10s currently available
In the current annoying absence of dimmable sub-2700k ‘fixed kelvin’ GU10 lamps, these are an acceptable alternative. At full illumination, they start at maybe 2700k but then become warmer down to 2200k as they are dimmed. Makes a significant difference to the warmth of our yellow walls, and no hint of green. These are our second batch, the originals are still going strong, but as we are nowhere near their life expectancy, that remains an unknown. It’s a shame that at present it seems you need to dim lamps to go under 2700k, but these are a decent representation of the ‘variable k’ breed. Fair value.

Lasted a few months
Started off great, just what i was after, although they didnt dim to 0% only about 10 before snapping off. After a few months, they started to fail, started off flickering badly at anything over 75%, so removed them all and purchased a better quality lamp. Seems you cant even buy them now.

Good but weird colour shift while increasing brightness
Yeah they are dimmable and yeah they are bright, but why is there a very clear colour shift half way up the brightness dial?
