Comfort is great
We had previously returned two other manufacturer’s mattresses because one didn’t fit the bed and the other smelled toxic to my wife. We still waiting for the oder of the newly unwrapped mattress to pass so far so good they are comfortable but until they’ve aired out sufficiently my wife is not yet sleeping on her mattress. We’ll let you know we’ll give it a week we think it will be fine. Already smells better than the previous mattress we returned as the smell would not fade away and it caused her to cough and gage from the smell. This mattress does not effect her that way so we are optimistic so far.

I think this product is wonderful! I had a wonderful night's sleep. The mattress is firm but comfortable.

Its very soft.
Not 'orthopedic', No real support. Only had it a couple of months and I'm not really getting on with it very well. If you like that soft, sinking feeling then you'll love it. A bit too squishy for me. I'll make sure I try out the next one before I buy.

Not what it advertises
When you sit on edge of mattress it flattens when lying down the mattress sags in middle so when getting out of bed it feels like climbing up a mountain to get out of bed!!! Neither of us are huge either!!!! No way could the original price of this mattress be £750 !!

Lamas con golpes
El embalaje es bastante escaso para un bulto grande (una capa de papel burbuja y un plastico como envoltorio exterior). Consecuencia: 4 de las 7 lamas tienen golpes y muescas. No son muy profundas pero espero que esto no suponga problemas en el futuro.

Klasse Händler, robuster Lattenrost!
Der Lattenrost war bei erster Lieferung beschädigt, woraufhin der Händler (EvergreenWeb) ohne Diskussion Ersatz anbot. Leider konnte ich die zweite Lieferung nicht entgegen nehmen, woraufhin der Zulieferer den Rost an den Absender zurück schickte. EvergreenWeb kontaktierte mich und hat abermals angeboten, den Rost umgehend erneut zu senden. Alles versandkostenfrei, freundlicher Umgangston, und vor allem schnell.Der Rost selbst wirkt extrem robust und entspricht allen Erwartungen. Nur die Beine (6 Stück, wobei 2 davon mittig an den beiden inneren Längsstreben verschraubt werden) sind leider nicht in der Höhe verstellbar (+/- 30cm). Diese können aber relativ problemlos gekürzt werden, sofern man nicht eh Beine in der passenden Länge rumliegen hat (etwa, wie in meinem Fall, vom vorherigen Lattenrost).Der Rost ist einleuchtenderweise, bedingt durch die beiden inneren Längsstreben, kaum federnd.Bin äußerst zufrieden!---Achtung: Der Lattenrost ist bei Lieferung bereits aufgebaut und kann augenscheinlich nicht ohne Weiteres demontiert werden!
