Flan tin perfect for dish I wanted to make. Chocolate tart came out of tin without sticking, which is what I wanted.

Oh this is the best baking tin. It has a good weight and the pie is easy to remove. The crust also came out crunchy and yum.

I am amazed at how good this flan tin is to use. I followed the instructions to season the tin and have now used it regularly with no problems of pastry sticking to the tin if the fruit contents burst and flow onto the tin. The flan / pie is still easy to remove leaving a tin that only needs a quick wash in warm soapy water. Looking to add to my collection.

Tried this out yesterday while baking.I baked a quiche and it just lifted out with the push up bottom.excellent quality, well worth the price.

Never had it so easy to remove a flan from the dish. Will not go back to using my old ones. Just wish they made them in a 12inch.
