Buteyko Clinic Method (With free instructional CD & DVD): For fatigue, insomnia, chronic hyperventilation, snoring & sleep apnea

Looked forward to seeing Mr Buteyko. Unfortunately the DVD is in the PAL format widely used in Europe, rather than the NTSC format used here in the US.

Buteyko Clinic Method is excellent & very helpful. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. the seller: Buteyko Clinic Method Set was not advertised as “used”. The box is damaged, book shows signs of use. I was expecting a new product. It is the second time I’ve received a “used” product..

DVD players sold in the United States will not play PAL format. Why is this product sold here?

I didn't open this soon enough to realize that only one of the two discs in this set was functioning. The one that worked was a very good meditation on breathing by Patrick McKoewn but the second was unreadable in three different CD players.

Great to be finally taught the PROPER way to breathe . The book is awesome , background and exercises to develop proper breathing fast and eliminate a host of health issues . Book is relatively short ( approx 100 pages ) but the author sticks to the core subject throughout . All chapters are interesting . The DVD ( approx 100 minutes long ) has the author demonstrating all the exercises with a subject , excellent . The CD ( approx 20 minutes ) is a spoken relaxation CD . If you suffer from any type of breathing issues , buy the book / course , PERIOD .

Although the videos are available on YouTube, having the book is more than helpful. The cd is excellent for relaxation before bed.The book format could do with being larger and the dvd menu is poor.
