EDIT: 13/05/2021 - I need to make it known that I contacted the suppler and they have been more than amazing with their customer service. They've offered to handle the issue we were having and have made the process much less stressful. As I said in the original review; the product itself is AMAZING! and we couldn't be happier with it. It was just the delivery situation that upset me somewhat. It's now sorted and I totally recommend this product.11/05/2021 - This product has been great since February. However we've just received a surprise letter from FedEx 4 months after receiving our delivery requesting we pay a £111.03 import tax. (27.75% of the value of the entire product) this is on top of the £400 for the product and £83 for delivery. Nowhere does it state on the listing that the product is being shipped from outside of the UK nor does it state this on the invoice and confirmation email.I've messaged the seller advising I mean to challenge this and will update the review once I've received a response.I wouldn't be at all mad if the seller made it clear in the listing as I simply wouldn't have purchased this product. But we've received a letter after 4 months!!! Requesting a large payment that was never made clear.
