Modern. Eco. How did you come up with the idea for this product? Living and working ashortwalk from the sea, we are always acutely aware of how useful it is to know what the tide is doing, whether you’re sailing, surfing or just walking the dog on the beach. A wall clock seemed the easiest and most convenient way of displaying the tide, just a quick glance and you can start planning your day. What makes your product special? A tide clock is very functional, it has a very clear and useful purpose rather than just being ‘the next fashion statement’. It genuinely helps people get more from their day and enjoy the sea or coastline which can never be a bad thing. To help the environment all our products are designed with longevity in mind, the clear, simple clean design means it will fit within most tastes and homes and won’t be thrown away because ‘orange’ is no longer in fashion. What has been the best part of your startup experience? Seeing something that was once just an idea, a little something in the back of your mind whilst cutting the lawn come to life, become something tangible, useful, helpful. Being able to make that idea from recycled materials and so contribute in some way to helping society is also greatly rewarding. It’s nice to know that a business you started from scratch is in some way contributing rather than just existing for one persons benefit.

Great product
This is a really nice product. The slate effect works well and gives it a classy look. I’ve only had it 1 month so accuracy is hard to tell for obvious reasons. But it appears to be just fine!

Special gift for seaside property
Excellent. Bought as a gift. Very excited when they received it. Now hanging on the wall with the correct tide times and moon times in place. The web site was amazing with regard to exact tide times.

Looks great on the wall in the kitchen! Very easy to set up and get going. Like others have said it is noisier than most clocks... but you get used to it, i think it might annoy me in the bedroom but fine for our kitchen.

Great little tide clock
Stylish and handy.

Insteresting clock.
No protection to the face and the surface marks very easily. Made a frame with perspex cover for it myself. Moon phase seems to work but I don't think the tide clock will be a good indicator on the Severn.

So pleased with the delivery.
This is a replacement for one I've had for several years - so pleased I could renew it. We use it in the motorhome for Tide times and moon phases and its fabulous. Works great - silent in operation - accurate and pleasing! Delivery was great. Thank you - very pleased.

Don’t waste your money
The tide clock is never going to be accurate as tides are not 6 hours long and do not fit a 12 hour clock and never will. The moon phase part on my clock is stuck fast and doesn’t move at all.

Clever bit of kit
I love this. Both clocks are surprisingly accurate and easy to read. It looks good too and is not too noisy.
