Sri Aurobindo and the Mother are or were truly gifted psychics. The information they share in this book I have never come across before. This book is great for people far advanced in the kundalini process. Mitchell Gibson is another person who speaks about these matters. A truly unique book

This is my first introduction to Sri Aubindo and the Mother. It is a good one. I am struck right away by the parallel between the Yogan perspective and modern physics. It is the science of the Divine. I am going slow, but loving the journey.

This is an informative book about the occult forces which influence the individual of which he himself is simultaneously active in its processes and effluence. However, I found this book quite tedious and replete with redundancies as each successive paragraph on a particular subject would usually begin with a recapitulation of a previous sentiment or thought - this, I should stress is not due to the Aurobindo's original writing structures, but rather the way the material as fragments are organised in the book.If you can tolerate the aforementioned repetitions, then there are many incisive and important ideas to be contemplated on. Final note - unfortunately there are no specific techniques in this book for developing sensitivities to observe occult forces, which I found slightly irritating due to a large portion of Aurobindo and The Mother's statements in the book stressing how much society as a whole are oblivious to the such forces.

This is a selection of talks given by Sri Aurobindo and Mother all related to the not-visible energies that influence the physical world. Such as a fire cannot be seen (which is an oxygenation process) but only the flame (the effect thereof) such it is with many other aspects. The two authors dip into this topic. The text is nicely selected and covers brief glimpses and impressions to the various aspects of hidden forces (e.g. health issues and accidents).The book is esoteric knowledge and falls into this category , however it's still from a different viewpoint than most new age esoteric stuff. There are inspiring insights and even if one would not want to follow all their argumentative lines there is enough impulses for various different levels of reader's awareness. If you happen to come by this book, decide for it! It seems a good starting point into the thoughts of the two authors, certainly in much easier comprehensable language than e.g. Savitri by Sri Aurobindo.

This book is an eye opener. Man is only a small portion of the Real World and he is being affected by forces totally beyond is control.
