This is the one!
Okay I’m only leaving this review because I spent hours looking for the best cage for my two rabbits and ended up getting this one. After I ordered it and I started digging deep into the reviews, I got super nervous. Some people loved it, some hated it. But I already ordered it so I just waited till it came in and hoped for the best. The hutch came fast! It was about 4 days. When I opened it it did have a weird smell but it’s nothing that makes me want to wear a mask or gag. Just an odd smell. The material itself was about 90% good!It was super easy to assemble. If you put the pieces together the right way it’s a breeze. I thought it was not sturdy but I tightened each screw and then it was perfectly fine. If you build it the right way it is a great hutch. My bunnies are not in it yet though because I am working on adding hinges to the front roof piece so I have access from the top as well. I do not know how well it holds up with the waste & all the other things but once I put them in I will update & share pictures.A lot of people said the holes are off and that is NOT TRUE. The pieces do not fit because it’s not the right way/piece. When it is assembled correctly the pieces fit. I thought it was off at first but after turning the piece I found it fit in a different side. They do it so you don’t make it wrong!!! I thought it was very smart. My only cons were a few chips in the wood (which wasn’t anything big enough for me to be mad) and the roof sheds like a mother trucker! The tiny pieces are everywhere. I like to sweep though so I’m ok with it. Some may not be tho. I had to use a drill because the screwdriver was not working. Make sure you do it VERY slow because the wood strips. I didn’t end up doing anything too bad, but a few screws split the wood.Overall, I think this is a great hutch for its price. I built it alone and it took about 2 hours. I used chairs and walls to line the pieces up and hold them since I didn’t have someone to hold them. The only thing that is not done is the last two pieces (the roof and the strip that connects the two roof pieces) but everything else was easy to set up. Those I will be making hinged/able to open up.I will be updating with pictures when it is all finished and the rabbits are in! Best of luck y’all 👏🏻

Happy With Purchase
I rescued my rabbit Ocean and she's the first. I wanted an enclosure that would keep HER clean. I was attracted to this hutch when I saw the raised grate over the plastic pull out tray. I looked for a month and finally settled on this one. It's an attractive product. Assembly was easy following the directions. I used a screwdriver just fine and didn't over tighten any screws. Once together it feels secure all over. I recommend two person assembly for ease and speed. Odor from product was strong upon opening box. I let it sit assembled for a day before putting Ocean in it to let the odor dissipate. It seems fine now. I think its from the stain they used on the wood. Ocean hasn't been in the hutch very long so haven't had to clean it yet but I don't foresee it being difficult. So far I'm happy with this product. I'm just not sure about building anything out of wood that will be exposed to moisture. I would think a better material would be a plastic. I will update this review after Ocean has been in it for a few weeks.UPDATE: I LOVE this hutch. It is so easy to clean.. I have it raised up off the floor on two little tables so I can get to it to clean w/o having to bend over or sit on the floor myself. Ocean pees and poops 99% of the time where she eats. With the grated floor all her waste goes through the grate into the plastic pan below. I love this feature because I don't like her having to live in her waste. She stays much cleaner and it cuts my cleaning time down. Thee pull out trays are another great feature. So it really makes cleaning much easier. So far I have not experienced any problems with this product. The only wish I have is that it was bigger.

Good cage, real improvements
The updated version of this cage has solved a lot of the problems from the previous models. (i.e. weak ramp support, poor door fasteners, very poor packaging {every cage before came with cracked wood on at least one price}).This time all pieces were intact, quality of pre-drilled hole alignment was almost perfect, and it didn’t smell funny. The addition of box wire flooring, added grit paper on ramp, wood block ramp support, wheels with locks, pegs and pre drilled peg holes for easier assembly all make this a great hutch. But some instructions are still unclear, like the placement of the box wire flooring. But the floor comes in two pieces now, which making cleaning up a lot easier. I still use a litter box and a straw mat on the wire flooring to prevent bumble foot.**If they could improve at all added washers for the wheels, as the screws are not sufficient. See photos below.Real thought or user feedback has gone into this update. Good on the company for paying attention to the user and pet owner experience.ALL IN ALL A GOOD CAGE.Rabbit Mom since 2008

Lovely ☺️ really happy!!
The hutch is not heavy and relatively easy to build in between 2 ppl... everything very well tagged and instructions perfect. the only thing is that the roof drops lots of stones so my floor was covered on it while building it for the same reason u can’t put stuff on the roof cause it will make a mess... that’s the only thing I hated mess and dirty... but once built it was amazing my rabbit loves ittttt. He sleep yesterday on it and now goes everywhere on it!! He’s fascinated by the top floor lol!! If u love and care for your Bunny I really recommend this because he has lost of space to play. Still I don’t leave my bunny there all day, you shouldn’t cage rabbits this is only for sleeping and peeing. (And if u do make sure to at least take him out 1 hr everyday so he can exercise correctly!)

Good in a pinch, just be careful
I got this hutch almost a year ago, and whole it looked nice and stylish it actually caused my rabbit to get hurt. The plates windows in the secound floor can be pulled off if a rabbit chews the wood off. Mine ended up chewing it even with toys and treats in her hutch and wanted to have some fun. She ended up taking the plastic off, jumping out and then breaking her toe and chewing it off. I would recommend if you NEED a hutch it works well for a year at most, but I would recommend other safer hutches

Great hutch, but defective.
There are two small pieces of wood on the second level that is supposed to be installed at the top vs the bottom (see photo). This allows the middle divider panel to be installed, otherwise the panel is unstable. I tried to remove the screws and reinstall the pieces to the top but the pieces are glued tight. Now I have to find two other pieces of wood and modify it.Also, the two sliding trays are difficult to slide open and close as there are no rails, just an opening between two pieces of wood.Unacceptable for such an expensive piece of item.

LEAKAGE PROBLEM! Not to use inside
I ordered this because of the look, size and the reviews were really good. We got it and started to set it up and I looked it up on Amazon and saw 1 brand new review that said “don’t use inside as it leaks”. I told my husband and said we will need to watch for that. We have had our bunny for a month now and he goes to the bathroom in 2 spots on the bottom half. So we have had leakage in 2 spots. One in the front right corner where is goes down the wheel. Today alone I have had to clean up the floor 3 times. It’s very frustrating. I have made sure the bottom is fitting properly in its place and still LEAKING! So if you are planning on using this inside I would suggest not until the maker fixes this problem. I am not happy with the product as it’s making more work for me then I should have... it is also hard to clean. Easy to clean are the racks you can pull out. However, the bottom wooded area gets pee on it and due to the meshing you can’t get to the wood barely to clean it off. Very frustrating.

Cute and easy to clean.
Very cute. Easy assembly. I did leave the wire screens out to protect their feet. Slide out trays make cleaning a breeze. Only design suggestion I would make would be to move the ramp back a little. My one guinea is too nervous to go up and down the ramp because she basically needs to hop down onto the ramp. My other guinea pig has no problems. The second door would be nice on the bottom too to allow easier access
