Hurray for no more magnesium headaches!
I was advised by the doctor to start taking folic acid as my levels were extremely low. I've tried 4 or 5 different brands and had to stop taking them all because I'm intolerant to magnesium stearate which is added to almost every vitamin and supplement, and gives me awful headaches.
