On day 1 of wearing it and absolutely love it! I'm 5'5, 186 pounds, pear shaped, and ordered the Large. I'm on the tightest clasp and love it. I figured I would wear it for a month or so then purchase a Medium. Gives me a great hourglass figure and smooths everything out. It does make me have a little back fat at the top and bottom but it is complete unnoticeable once dressed.

This was my very first trainer purchase, and I couldn't be happier. I read a TON of the reviews, and looked at a few others, before biting the bullet and going for this one. I ordered it a week ago, it was delivered last Sunday, and I started wearing it on Monday.To address the main concern most other reviews mention: the smell. This is a latex trainer so yes, naturally it does have a somewhat strong smell. But I laid it out flat the day I got it and by the next day the smell had dissipated enough that it was not noticeable. If it bothers you too badly, I'm sure you could hand wash it per the instructions, or spray a bit of Febreeze on the inner side of the trainer (not the latex side), and you'd be just fine.Next would be the fit. Seeing as how this was going to be my first waist trainer, I measured my waist and followed the size chart. For reference, I am 5'7, 155lbs with some muscle tone and a long torso. I decided to go for the medium. Day one I wore it on the first hook. It was slightly uncomfortable, but I credit this to the fact that I've never worn a trainer before. Throughout the day it became more comfortable. So much so that the very next day I put it on the second hook, and that's where I've had it since (so 3 days total). I've also gradually increased the duration of wear from 4 hours, to 8, to 10. My goal is to be able to wear it a full 12 hours and to have it on the third hook by the end of next week.Also, since I do have a long torso I was concerned that it wouldn't be long enough on me. I was definitely mistaken! The trainer comes right under my chest and ends right at my hip bones, and it does NOT move about through out the day.Another concern I had was whether it would be visible under my clothing. Ultimately I'd have to say yes AND no. YES, because I ordered the black trainer, so it IS visible under light colored tops (white, baby pink, light blue). And NO, because darker colored clothing and/or looser fitting clothing conceal it just fine. I WILL be purchasing the ivory/cream color (forget what they're calling it!), and I'm sure this will enable me to wear it under my lighter colored tops without it being visible.Overall so far I am very pleased! I will update this review as time goes on if I discover anything worth mentioning, but for now I couldn't be happier!

I've sold more than 20 of these to people. I tell them where to buy them from on here. I should work for this company! I love this waist trainer. I have 7 and this is the best brand. I just bought an XXS ! I had the XS. My waist is now 24-23 inches.

I advise everyone down size. If you are somewhat experienced to waist training or haven't waist trained in awhile go 2 sizes down from the recommended size for your waist measurement. It will fit very snug but still be comfortable. (Ex.If your waist size is 38" its recommended to get a 2X but get a L instead) But if you are new to waist training and only want the trainer to fit snug than go only 1 size down it will still feel super comfortable. (Ex. for a 38" waist 2X is recommended but get an XL) But if you are very experienced and don't mind being sucked in than go 3 sizes down.(Ex. for a 38" waist 2X is recommended but get a M) The waist trainer is very well made just wish it was made with thicker material, but all in all I'm very satisfied.I will just have to buy another trainer sooner than planned.

I'm So Happy & Excited To Hit My Goal Waist Size Of 26". Don't Hesitate This Is A Must Buy & Very Affordable. Diet & Exercise Is A Must When Trying To see Results!

Gave birth 2 months ago and I told myself that as soon as I gave birth im getting a waist trainer on. However it took a little more than expected because I'm technically a very picky person and when I buy something I want it to be 100%. It's been weeks of countless searching and reading reviews but I finally stumbled upon this one and I decided it was a good buy. If not what the heck the return policy was simply and not a hassle so I placed my order. I got it in 2 days free shipping being a Amazon prime member and once I opened the package yes the smell of latex was strong but I placed it near an open window and it was fine in a few hours. The material is one of the best I've encountered for waist trainers, my favorite part about this product is the sturdiness of the clips. THEY ARE NOT fragile and skinny like others they're very thick and support any type of pressure so a BIG PLUS!! Putting it on for the first time took a little time but it was well worth it. Trust me when they tel you sitting down is the easiest way to put it on. ALSO I KNOW THIS IS CONSIDERED IMPORTANT TO ALOT OF PEOPLE JUST AS IT WAS FIRST PRIORITY FOR ME , **THIS WAIST TRAINER LOOKS INVISIBLE UNDER CLOTHING** people can't even tell. I KNOW WORDS ARE GREAT BUT PICTURES ARE EVEN BETTER SO CHECK MINE OUT!!!

I'm super happy it's not that uncomfortable as I thought I ordered a small when I would have ordered a medium but after reading the product description and their sizing I decided to take the chance and ordered a small besides it's suppose to be tight and well it is I'm on the first row and it took like 15 mins to get on but it was worth it the material is nice thick and stretchy doesn't smell bad I would recomend this to anyone who want to try a wait trainer it's cheap good quality and will last the only down side is the back fat but is to be expected also when u sit down it creases into my tummy and not only looks bad but hurts but if u sit up perfect it's not so bad

This product was tiny, it didn’t even meet when I put it around me and I’m a healthy size 12 and ordered a medium.My last waist trainer was a medium and was much thicker and better quality than this one and it only cost me £20 ($30)

Amazing product work as expected and some... i lost stomach mass and protruding to which the effects could be seen IMMEDIATELY it is also great for posture and the reinforcement to begin working on and building your core musceles. I wear mine all day and night as i sleep you will see results in a matter of days!
