Beautiful book with tons of great information. I've been creating cakes professionally for years and even found things in here that made me go "ahhh!".

This is a must have but this book is not even close for beginners of Intermediate unless you have been doing cakes for awhile and you really understand how cake and decorating works. Thanks god I already knew what I was doing because I 1st cake I did out of this book was the Fish, then the Purse and the instructions are pretty complicated if you don't understand what she is trying to tell you, I have been doing all types of cakes for 8 years now. These cakes are true work of art.Thanks

Not exactly what I thought it would be, loads of information just not illustrated the way I would like it to be. Still a nice book could be more informative and better illustrated.

Good book with lots of helpful hints

The cake on the front is the most appealing. I hadn't had a chance to look at this book (inside) before. NOT the sellers fault. It arrived in excellent condition.

This book is beautiful! Colette is very generous in all of her books with photos and directions on how to duplicate her cakes. Her cake recipes are always well received by the people I have served them to and they are simple recipes. I have made at least 4 cakes based on her books with rave reviews.
