This was a good quality lock however I had to return it as the key to the old lock was found.

You get what you pay for
The lock works fine but the key is basic (profile) and unlike another poster i do think this could be copied with some ease and probably picked. The lock it replaced I repaired and put back in and feel more happy with that.

Fits perfectly and feels strong.
Perfect product for a replacement front door lock. Feels secure and sturdy. Last lock was also Sterling brand; nothing wrong with it, just swapped out locks because of new tenancy. The old one seems perfectly fine so I'm expecting this one to last as well.

Buy a different one.. Broke after 1.5 days!!
This was supposed to be exactly the same size as my previous lock, and I spent hours looking for the same one, but when it arrived it wouldn't fit properly and I had to spend nearly an hour at 10pm, with a hammer and a chisel before it would slot in.The lock turned nicely and I was relieved after my previous one completely seized for no apparent reason.The next day I paid nearly £15 to get 2 more keys cut for other members of the household..Literally just after that, the barrel inside turned making it really hard to put the key in the lock.This happens a lot, and we have to put something else in the lock to turn it back straight so we can put the key in.Complete waste of money.The company didn't want to know, so Amazon refunded me, but we're still out of pocket by £15 for the additional keys!!Can't imagine this is a 5 lever lock either, as it's really poor quality.

Good product bad description
Great product but not quite what it looks like in the pic I was looking for one without the kink in the key saw this and when it arrives it's got a kink but a great strong product
