The product works, but there are flaws. The cap to the bladder is very difficult to screw on. Each time I'd fill the bladder it would take at least 3 attempts to get the lid back on. Then, when I thought it was on securely, it would still leak. In addition, the pack is so small that I couldn't fit much more than the bladder in the pocket. I had to carry everything else in my pockets, especially if it weren't waterproof as the pack would condensate and get belongings in the same compartment wet. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the product, but it does get the job done.

Bought this bag for a music festival. The shoulder straps are somewhat bare thread, however comfortable enough on bare shoulders. My one, big complaint is that the nozzle on the drink port can fall out when you use it, and that causes fluid to seep everywhere. Luckily, since that happens you should know when it has fallen out. So, for a one-time event and in a bind, I'd recommend this bag. Otherwise, spend a little more money for a better quality bag.
