UUANG Raincoats Waterproof Rain Jacket Active Outdoor Detachable Hooded Women's Trench Coats

So I purchased this raincoat because I haven't had one since I was younger like elementary school, but I am forever getting soaked. I wear 14-16ish and top heavy. I purchased a 2x and I have a lot of room- if I wanted it to fit more I could've gotten away with a xlarge, but I am good with this fit. Also ran the sleeves up under water faucet in the sink for about 4 mins and my arm never got wet, so I do feel it will keep the water away as much as possible. Its lightweight and I feel this is a year-round jacket. I could also wear a sweatshirt and hoody under it in the winter as well.

I like this jacket. The lining adds a nice flair with a purpose. It's breathable.The style is such that it can be dressed up or down, means of dresses. I am pleased with my purchase.

I like the added details of this particular jacket with the striped lining, cuffs and even on the right side of the zipper so the pattern shows. It runs a bit big so a small for me (5' 3 1/2", 132lbs was plenty big), if you're borderline on sizes, size down. I don't know about the rainproof ability yet but its nice on a cool (not cold) day.One thing I noticed is that the description says its 95% polyester and 5% spandex but according to the tag it is 100% polyester.I like it alot and will order the burgundy when they get more in a size S.

I live in Florida and when it rains here it pours but it can also be very hot. Before I was using my North Face jacket to protect against the rain since it is waterproof however it is for snow weather so wearing it in FL (during the summer) was unbearable. My coworker had this raincoat and highly recommended it. I ordered it the next day. I like that the jacket covers my backside (in case we get sideways rain), the hood, and it has a cute liner.

It fits pretty well except sleeves which are little longer and wider for me. I usually wear size 14 and ordered xl size and it’s a prefect fit for me. I think I could have gone for a lower size as well but wanted to keep it a little loose fitted only. The clothe quality is good and looks really smart. Neither too long nor too short just perfect.Update after wearing it outside the home on 19th February: I got to wear it yesterday outside the home and even though it was very windy and raining it worked totally fine. I liked the fact that it holds winds too very finely. My friends too liked it and gave me compliments that it looks really pretty. I feel like finally I have got one jacket which will work for this moist and always changing weather in Oregon. I have been looking for such jacket since long and I am glad that finally I found it. The only thing I still feel is little off in this is the wide sleeves as that was the only point, I felt little uncomfortable with it yesterday. While it's windy you want to avoid such wide sleeves, So I will advise to definitely go one size lower than you actually wear and see how does that works out for you.Additionally, I do want to mention one more thing about the pockets these are straight pockets and not the ones in which you would like to put your hands inside. It might not be a problem for some people but for me it was a little turn down as I really to walk keeping my hands inside the pocket specially if its winter season and its raining too. So, please watch out that particular part if you are also a person who like to walk with hands inside the pocket.However, I have decided to keep it as it looks great but hope that it could also come up with those side pockets in which its easier to keep your hands when it feels cold outside. Rest all I feel good about it, one thing I forgot to mention about is the color, the color is really fresh, in fact all the colors are really nice. I also liked one more fact about it that I didn’t have to air it out. I got one rain jacket from Costco and it was smelling really weird for which I was really skeptical in starting to buy a rain jacket online. But when I received it, I was relieved by the fact that it didn’t have any weird smell at all. Thus, I was happy that I ordered it as I really needed one rain jacket and returned the one, I bought from Costco immediately.I hope I have covered all the required minute details for making a decision to buy it or not. I totally understand that how hard is to find the right stuff you are looking for. I hope you find my review helpful.

This jacket would be perfect if it were an actual rain jacket. It is not (it is also thinner than what I expected, but I can deal with that part). Now I still have to buy a rain jacket, hence the rating.

True to size chart from manufacturer. Very lightweight. Pinstriping lining and cuffs are very nice features. The waist cinch rope is not a favorite for me. I would have preferred the strings to be on the inside of the jacket. Also would like side entry pockets. Time will tell how the snaps hold up. But great jacket otherwise.

I needed a raincoat, and purple is my favorite color...so I ordered this. Now usually a raincoat means that the material it's made of is rather "raspy" and hard, kind of crinkly and uncomfortable to wear (at least to wear silently!). But this - I was so shocked when I opened the package - it is so SOFT! Right out of the package! Soft, flexible, and fits great! It's such a nice coat, really, I find myself longing for a rainy day so that I can wear it! And even after washing it is so soft and water-repellent. I am truly happy with this purchase! Plus, it's PURPLE!!! And surprisingly soft! I really am surprised by the softness. Total shock, but a happy one! No more "rustling around" and people hearing me coming well in advance. I'm getting rid of my other raincoats because this one is THE ONE!
