Fanboy & Chum Chum: Season 1 (5 Discs)

I bought this because I fell in love with the show when it aired. Two episodes, Digital Pet Cemetery and Spring Break were my favorites. I literally quote one of these episodes at least once a day. Since the show aired and ended when my kids were young, I could only show them clips of it from the web. The DVD Set is great. It has the entire season on it and I now have a new generation of fans. I wish it was easier to find Season 2. Or, the creators could just bring it back....

My seven year old and four year old love this series. They can quote from it and even play Fanboy Chum Chum roles play from time to time. I myself find the series quite enjoyable as well. There's lots of reference to pop culture (star wars, harry potter and the like) and lots of satire of everyday life. If you're expecting something serious with character development (as many on the lower reviews seem to lament on) then you're looking in the wrong place, this is just wacky fun although there are many layers if you're prepared to give it a chance.

im a HUGE FAN OF FANBOY AND CHUM CHUM. AND WHEN I FOUND A DVD FOR IT FOR SEASON 1, MY HEAD EXPLODED!!!!! i have watched 7 hours of it so far, i wanted to choose: spongebob 3d game, then my life as a teenage robot, then fairly odd parents, but then i found this. so i did this: eeny, mini, miiney, mo, i pick you, now let's go!

ONE OF MY FAVORITE CARTOONS...HILARIOUS AND ENTERTAINING TO WATCH. A MUST HAVE FOR CARTOON FANS!

i rate it poor. not as bad as people say, but still bad.. the plots are unoriginal, voices are bad, cgi is not bad but not good too. just imagine two guys who live in supermen costumes all the time. when sleeping, in school etc. silly.show doesnt have anything else to mention. thats all show contains.

My son was so happy and surprised to see what I got him. Wished that I found season 2.

The dvd came in German writing and won’t play in my region (USA)it says.
