Carry Aid for Shoulder Bag - Black

I would have to say that this gadget will probably work for most men, but it is way too wide for use by the average woman. It's also too large to use with most shoulder purses. It is not flexible and doesn't "fit" to your shoulder. All it did for me was to get my hair tangled in it.

I bought this for my laptop bag which likes to slide off my shoulder. This product didn't help at all and actually made matters worse, because it grabbed my shirt (on the shoulder) and pulled on my shirt. So instead of just having to hitch the laptop back up every 10 steps, now I still have to hitch the laptop but in addition adjust my shirt & collar every 10 steps.Can't recommend this project because it didn't help keep my bag in place.

The device works. It helps pad the load and keeps the strap from slipping off my shoulder. However, it's awkward to attach, it's unattractive, and it's bulky. I later purchased a Air Cell Lined Velcro Shoulder Strap Pad, and it works great, is lighter, less bulky, and more attractive.

Amazingly simple design and it works. Mine came in basic black, so it it inconspicuous, which I like. I also like that it keeps my messenger bag on my shoulder as I trudge along. So it works well and is reasonably priced. What more could you ask for?

It looks and feels little odd at first, but it really works! I have a briefcase with a strap that slips off my shoulder in rainwear or winter parka, but this pad really fixed that problem.

I thought this would be comfortable as a cushion for a heavy shoulder strap/bag but it's not. It does stay in place but you need to adjust it perfectly secure on shoulder and it will hold...it's rubber and not cushioned.

Good grip but BIG & bulky. Get cought in my hair.

This product sounds promising. It's adequate if your bag is held to the side (hanging straight down); but if you wear your bag cross torso (messenger), it just plain does not work.
