FIA European Truck Racing Championship - PlayStation 4

This F I A truck racing game is a good game it really is I would recommend it to anyone and sure yes there's room for improvement in respect of it would be helpful if you could change from using the sticks to steer and accelerate and brake from be able to setting it up so you could use the directional buttons to steer from left to right and also be able to use the button,s to accelerate and brake from would make thing's easier for those who just can't get on with the stick shift acceleration and braking system.......... but on a whole from me I would give a massive thumbs-up......... hope my review on this game helps future purchasing to more people

FIA European Truck Racing Championship is clearly a niche racing game but it is good to see a developer willing to take a risk on what will inevitably be a minority interest amongst racing fans.The game is perfectly good at what it does - trucks feel heavy, they take a few laps to get used to and if you approach a corner in the same way you would in a car simulator you will find yourself in the gravel before you've even begun. Persevere and you will succeed too easily on the default settings).Graphics are fine rather than spectacular - regular HD rather than 4K. Things aren't as smooth as most games of the current generation of hardware though. There are occasional bugs, such as your truck sometimes freezing - you can look around, rev your engine, and the AI dash round the track - with the only fix being to restart the session.The game suffers an overall lack of polish. As a bit of fun, a distraction, it works well enough, but I was left with the impression that the developers budgeted a certain amount of time to create the game and were not willing (or able) to apply the final coat of paint to make it great rather than adequate.The real issue though, is that at full price this game is way too expensive for what it is. I cannot recommend splashing out £50, £40 or even £30 on it, unless you are one of the few motorsport fans obsessed with this branch of the sport. GT Sport has better graphics, Project Cars 2 has great variety and superb weather effects, the handling in Assetto Corsa just feels fantastic - and you could could pick up all three from the PlayStation store for less than the current cost for European Truck Racing.

very good game and very good graphics

Disc was moving in box so opened to check if disc ok...for my son to tell me it not the one I ordered...mmm ...hopefuly other son likes it n dosent notice as already opened ....bit disappointed...

Because I love racing games

New for him so will take a while for him to grasp it as it’s quite fast.

The game was loose in the cover box and when we opened it, it was scratched.Thought it would be ok but it freezes and jumps. Disappointed

Don't dislike as ony played a couple of times so far

So I had gotten this for my grandson’s switch and then when he played the graphics and controls were horrible not worth the price so don’t buy it
