I had trouble at first trying to figure out why my earbud wouldn't charge. But I failed to take the little sticky off the back of earbud. Charges awesome. The sound is great. However, staying connected is something that the earbud struggles to do. I can't walk into the next room without it being disconnected.

Upon first using this earpiece, I liked it. The quality of the sound is good for most things- especially music or answering a phone call... However, buyer should be aware of a few things. For one, the case seems like a great idea-- It's a self-charging case, what more could you ask for??? Well... a device that doesn't automatically pair to your phone when you want it to charge. When you put this in the case to charge, you have to be super nimble. It is super sensitive, and if you touch the top at all, it will pair with your phone, and you have to turn it off and on, in order to try and get it to charge, again. This is super annoying. The listening quality was clear, at first... but when listening to audiobooks, it has a muted skip... So- depending on the material, you may miss the first word in each sentence-- or any time the narrator takes a breath. I'm not sure why it does this. Next, this earpiece will randomly disconnect, despite how close you are to your device or how charged the earpiece. It can be rectified by turning it on and back on-- but there is no rhyme or reason as to why it does this. Lastly... charging is becoming a problem. When I put it in the case, it does not automatically register that it needs to charge. Instead, it remains disconnected or tries to pair with your device. There is no middle ground. I use this at work, so at the end of the day, I put it on the charger. I have to try several times for it to register. I also have to turn off the bluetooth connectivity on my phone, so it doesnt automatically pair. I habe to put the earpiece on several times before the solid red charging light comes on. Its just becoming such a disappointing device. I'm going to have to buy a new earpiece...

I have a tablet that I watch TV/movies on at work and sometimes couldn't hear it if it was loud around me. I have a separate bluetooth earpiece for my work phone, so I just needed a single one for my left ear that I could connect to the tablet. I had to remind myself not to compare the sound quality to a set of ear buds, because there is only one. But if you compare it to having a single bud in, it sounds good and pretty clear. The battery life is good for the length of my work day, I actually had to charge my work one before this one got low.Charging case is convenient and works well, I like that it's basically an extra power bank for when you need to charge your phone or something. Only real "complaint" is that it can become a bit uncomfortable with smaller ears after a while. It doesn't fit flush into my ear like it should, I have to slant it a little bit (see photo).

I bought this wireless earphone to replace my old blue tooth headphone. I was impressed by its sound quality when I first used it. The charging box is also a great design. It not only can charge the earphone but also charge my cellphone.And the customer service was also very nice. They answered my questions with patience.Paying attention to take the little plastic sticker off when the first time charge this earbud.

I mainly use my earbuds to listen to audiobooks. This earbud has a feature, I suppose to save battery life, that when there is silence it shuts off and then starts again when sound begins. The problem is that in an audiobook at the end of every paragraph there is a short pause. Sometimes even after a sentence. So I miss the first word when it resumes. You wouldn't think this is a big deal, but it is very distracting and occasionally confusing. I'm going to keep them because the sound quality is good, but they will be regulated as a backup when my "not true wireless" earbuds are charging.

I find that the battery life is actually pretty good. I can usually get through half my shift and then put this in the case during lunch. After lunch it usually lasts until the end of my shift. The bud is small, but it fits well into my ear. I had to adjust the sound settings on my phone several times, but it still sounds a bit like I'm listening to a small sound in a large empty space. I used it as a phone charger once and realized that was not a good idea. It charged my phone pretty fast from 50% to 75%, but then the case battery died.

I listen to audiobooks a lot and this device fades in and out when the sentence starts and stops, sometimes missing that first or last word. I also have small ear holes and while it's doable, it's not comfortable for too long. But for the price, I'll just live with it. Although I'd probably rather spend more for these things fixed.
