Soft close does not work more than a few days
The media could not be loaded. The soft closing cover broke three times already. Customer service tried to blame it on us. But we have two other Toto toilets at home for 3 years that work fine. This one is a waste of $900 and also of my precious time, dealing for houres with customer service to replace a seat that will break over and over again

Not what we expected
While we love the look and height . It does not repel stains as advertised. You need to uninstall the entire fixture from the floor just to change the toilet seat. Ridiculous!
